Journaling is like brushing your teeth for your mind. But we often overcomplicate it. People think they have to write pages and pages every night before they go to sleep. That is not the case! Here's how to build a journaling habit that sticks:

1. Start Small, Keep It Real

Forget filling pages. Start with one sentence a day. Or answer one prompt. You’re building trust with yourself, not writing a novel.

2. Attach It to an Existing Habit

Pair it with your morning coffee, evening skincare routine, or after your daily walk. Habit-stacking makes new routines easier to adopt.

3. Keep Your Tools Visible

Leave your journal out where you can see it - on your pillow, desk, or bathroom shelf. Out of sight usually means out of mind.

4. Create a Ritual

Light a candle. Play some instrumental music. Or simply sip tea while you write. Rituals signal your brain that 'it’s time to drop in' for a quick journal...

5. Don’t Judge What Comes Out

  • What childhood belief might still be unconsciously running the show?

  • What have I outgrown but am still holding onto?


Tune In to Truth

  • What feels heavy right now - and what feels light?

  • Where am I betraying myself to keep the peace?

  • What does my truth actually sound like?


Upgrade Your Self-Concept

  • Who do I believe I am when no one’s watching?

  • What identity am I ready to shed?

  • What is my future self whispering to me today?


Rise Into Action

  • What’s one thing I can do today to move 1% closer to the life I want?

  • What am I scared to start - and why?

What happens if I miss my live coaching session?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you miss your live session, you will be given access to the recording within 24 hours of the recording taking place.
